RECIPE : Poppy Seed Bread

Bread Ingredients
3 cups of Flour
1 ½ teaspoons of Baking Powder
2 cups of Sugar
1 ½ teaspoons of Almond Extract
1 ½  tablespoons of Poppy Seeds
1 teaspoon of Salt
3 Eggs
1 ½ teaspoons of Vanilla
1 ½ teaspoons of Butter Extract
1 cup of Vegetable Oil

Glaze Ingredients
¾ cup of Powdered Sugar
4 teaspoons of Lemon juice
Bread
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together. Beat with a mixer at medium speed for 2-3 minutes. Pour batter into 2 large or 3 small well-greased and floured loaf pans. Bake large loaves for 1 hour and smaller loaves for 45-50 minutes.

Glaze
Mix glaze ingredients together until well blended. Pour over hot loaves (not cold or it will not work). Remove bread from pans after glaze has soaked in. Enjoy!​
