RECIPE : Baking with Halloween Candy

Candy Brownies

lngredients:
½ cup unsalted butter
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
⅔ cup cake flour
¼ tsp salt
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup leftover Halloween candy (must have chocolate in it)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line 8in brownie pan with aluminum foil. Melt together butter and chocolate in a double boiler, whisking occasionally until completely melted. Combine flour and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine sugar and eggs. With an electric mixing or a strong hand beat on high speed for 5 minutes. Stir in chocolate mixture and vanilla on low speed until smooth. Stir in flour mixture and candy. Pour batter in pan and bake for 20 to 22 minutes until the center doesn’t jiggle when the pan is shaken or a toothpick inserted comes out with some crumbs. Enjoy!

Candy Rice Krispies

Ingredients:
2 cups marshmallows
3 cups chopped candy

Melt marshmallows on the stove. Remove from heat and add candy. Put into Greased pan and let cool. Cut and Enjoy!
